A+ Points is a mobile app that’s available for both iPhone and Android. It is designed for parents and guardians to assign tasks (or goals) and rewards for children. The idea behind using the app is that children can get very motivated to complete a certain task, if they know that they’re getting a reward for completing it. In time, there’s a very good chance that they will continue to do this task, even if the reward is no longer the motivation.
How to get your child to listen
Assign children tasks that you want them to complete. This can be anything from "Brushing your teeth before going to bed" to "Getting straight A's in school"
Children can ask for rewards
Once a child has received enough points, they can request the reward of their choice. When a request is made, the parent gets a push notification, and decides to approve or not.
Rewards for completing tasks
Create rewards to motivate your child. When they complete a task, you can reward them with points. Once they get enough points (you decide how much), they get the reward.
Keep children motivated
Children get motivated when they know that they are getting a reward for completing a task. The more you use the app, the more completing tasks becomes a habit.
